1. מי אנחנו
אתר ESLogix והשירותים המוצעים בו מופעלים על ידי ר.מ אינסייד אאוט בע״מ, ח.פ. 515446607, היצירה 11, רעננה 4366357, ישראל (להלן: “החברה”, “ESLogix”, “אנחנו”).
מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אנו אוספים בעת שימוש באתר, רכישת מוצרים, קבלת שירות, יצירת קשר או קבלת הודעות מאיתנו, כיצד אנו משתמשים בו ומהן האפשרויות העומדות לרשותך.
2. מידע שאנו עשויים לאסוף
אנו עשויים לאסוף:
- פרטי זיהוי ויצירת קשר, כגון שם, שם עסק, טלפון, כתובת ודוא״ל.
- פרטי הזמנה, מוצרים ושירותים שנרכשו, משלוח, חשבוניות, תשלומים ותקשורת עם התמיכה.
- מידע שתמסור בטפסים, בבקשות להצעת מחיר, בדוא״ל, בטלפון או ב-WhatsApp.
- מידע טכני, כגון כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן ומכשיר, מועדי גישה, דפים שנצפו, יומני אבטחה ונתוני תקלות.
- מידע הנאסף באמצעות עוגיות וכלי מדידה, בהתאם להגדרות האתר והסכמתך כאשר נדרשת.
איננו מבקשים לשמור מספרי כרטיס אשראי מלאים. תשלומים עשויים להיות מעובדים על ידי ספקי סליקה מאובטחים מטעמם ובהתאם לתנאים שלהם.
3. מטרות השימוש במידע
אנו משתמשים במידע כדי:
- לספק מוצרים, תוכנה, תמיכה, אחריות, משלוחים והדרכה.

4. הודעות WhatsApp ותקשורת עסקית
אם מסרת מספר טלפון והסכמת לקבל הודעות, אנו או בית עסק שהוסמך להשתמש במערכות ESLogix עשויים לשלוח הודעות שירות, תפעול, הזמנה, תשלום, תזכורת או תמיכה באמצעות WhatsApp או ערוץ תקשורת אחר.
כאשר הודעה נשלחת באמצעות ESLogix עבור בית עסק אחר, זהות בית העסק והשימוש ב-ESLogix יוצגו באופן שאינו מטעה. הודעות יזומות ב-WhatsApp יישלחו רק לאחר קבלת מספר הטלפון והסכמה מתאימה, ובאמצעות תבניות מאושרות כאשר הדבר נדרש.
ניתן לבקש להפסיק הודעות בכל עת באמצעות תשובה “הסר”, “STOP”, פנייה לבית העסק השולח או פנייה אלינו. בקשת הסרה אינה מונעת משלוח הודעות חיוניות הנדרשות לביצוע עסקה או למתן שירות שכבר ביקשת, ככל שהדין מאפשר זאת.
5. מסירת מידע לספקים ולצדדים שלישיים
אנו עשויים להעביר מידע במידה הנדרשת ל:
- ספקי אחסון, ענן, אבטחה, פיתוח, גיבוי ותמיכה טכנית.
- ספקי סליקה, חשבוניות, משלוחים ולוגיסטיקה.
- ספקי תקשורת והודעות, לרבות Meta/WhatsApp, Twilio או ספק מורשה אחר, בהתאם להגדרה הפעילה.
- יועצים מקצועיים, רואי חשבון ועורכי דין.
- רשויות מוסמכות כאשר קיימת חובה חוקית או צורך להגן על זכויות ובטיחות.
איננו מוכרים מידע אישי ואיננו משכירים אותו למפרסמים.
6. עוגיות וכלי מדידה
האתר עשוי להשתמש בעוגיות הכרחיות להפעלה, אבטחה ושמירת העדפות, וכן בעוגיות מדידה או שיווק בכפוף לדין ולהסכמה הנדרשת. ניתן להגביל עוגיות דרך הדפדפן, אך חסימת עוגיות הכרחיות עלולה לפגוע בפעילות האתר.
7. שמירת מידע
נשמור מידע רק למשך הזמן הנדרש למטרות שלשמן נאסף, לקיום חוזה, מתן אחריות ותמיכה, טיפול במחלוקות, אבטחה ועמידה בחובות חשבונאיות או משפטיות. לאחר מכן המידע יימחק, יעבור אנונימיזציה או יישמר באופן מוגבל בגיבויים מאובטחים, בהתאם לצורך ולדין.
8. אבטחת מידע והעברות בינלאומיות
אנו מפעילים אמצעים סבירים ארגוניים וטכנולוגיים להגנת המידע. עם זאת, אין מערכת המחוברת לאינטרנט שמבטיחה אבטחה מוחלטת. ספקי ענן ותקשורת עשויים לעבד מידע מחוץ לישראל. במקרים אלה נפעל באמצעות ספקים מתאימים ובכפוף להגנות חוזיות ומשפטיות רלוונטיות.
9. הזכויות שלך

10. קטינים
המוצרים והשירותים העסקיים של ESLogix אינם מיועדים לרכישה עצמאית על ידי מי שטרם מלאו לו 18 שנים. אם נודע לנו כי התקבל מידע מקטין ללא הרשאה מתאימה, נפעל למחיקתו כאשר הדבר נדרש.

אנו רשאים לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. הגרסה המעודכנת תפורסם בעמוד זה בציון מועד העדכון.

The ESLogix website and services are operated by R.M INSIDE OUT LTD, Company No. 515446607, 11 HaYetzira Street, Ra’anana 4366357, Israel (“Company,” “ESLogix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, purchase products, receive services, contact us, or receive communications from us, how we use that information, and the choices available to you.

We do not seek to store full payment-card numbers. Payments may be processed by secure third-party payment providers under their own terms.

4. WhatsApp and Business Communications
If you provide a telephone number and consent to receive communications, we or a business authorized to use ESLogix systems may send service, operational, booking, payment, reminder, or support messages through WhatsApp or another communication channel.
Where a message is delivered by ESLogix on behalf of another business, the relevant business and ESLogix’s role will be identified in a manner that is not misleading. Business-initiated WhatsApp messages will be sent only after the recipient has provided the telephone number and appropriate opt-in permission, and through approved templates where required.
You may request to stop messages at any time by replying “STOP,” contacting the sending business, or contacting us. An opt-out request may not prevent essential communications necessary to complete a transaction or provide a service you requested, where permitted by law.
5. Sharing with Service Providers and Third Parties
We may share information, only as reasonably necessary, with:
- Hosting, cloud, security, development, backup, and technical-support providers.
- Payment, invoicing, shipping, and logistics providers.
- Messaging and communication providers, including Meta/WhatsApp, Twilio, or another authorized provider, depending on the active configuration.
- Professional advisers, accountants, and lawyers.
- Competent authorities where required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information or rent it to advertisers.
6. Cookies and Measurement Tools
The website may use essential cookies for operation, security, and preferences, and may use analytics or advertising cookies subject to applicable law and required consent. You may restrict cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies may affect website functionality.
7. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to perform a contract, provide warranties and support, handle disputes, maintain security, and comply with accounting or legal obligations. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before responding.
10. Minors
ESLogix business products and services are not intended for independent purchase by persons under 18. If we learn that information was received from a minor without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete it where required.
