כיצד לבקש מחיקת נתונים
כדי לבקש מחיקה של מידע אישי שנשמר במערכות ESLogix, שלחו דוא״ל ל-info@eslogix.com עם הנושא בקשת מחיקת מידע.
יש לציין בבקשה את השם, שם העסק אם רלוונטי, מספר הטלפון או כתובת הדוא״ל ששימשו בשירות, ותיאור קצר של המידע או החשבון שמבוקש למחוק. אין לשלוח סיסמאות, פרטי כרטיס אשראי או קודים חד-פעמיים.
אנו עשויים לבקש פרטים נוספים לצורך אימות זהות. לאחר האימות נמחק או נהפוך את המידע לאנונימי בתוך זמן סביר ובהתאם לדין. מידע שחובה לשמור לצורכי חשבונאות, מניעת הונאה, הגנה משפטית או חובה חוקית יישמר רק למשך התקופה הנדרשת.
אם המידע נמסר על ידי בית עסק אחר המשתמש במערכות ESLogix, מומלץ לפנות גם לבית העסק ששלח את ההודעות ולצרף אותנו לבקשה.
הפסקת הודעות WhatsApp
להפסקת הודעות שאינן חיוניות ניתן להשיב הסר או STOP, או לפנות לבית העסק השולח. בקשת הסרה מהודעות אינה מחליפה בקשה למחיקת נתונים.

How to request deletion
To request deletion of personal data stored in ESLogix systems, email info@eslogix.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
Please include your name, business name if relevant, the telephone number or email address used with the service, and a short description of the account or information you want deleted. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or one-time codes.
We may request additional information to verify your identity. After verification, we will delete or anonymize the information within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law. Information that must be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, legal protection, or another legal obligation will be kept only for the required period.
If the information was provided by another business using ESLogix systems, please also contact the business that sent the messages and copy us on the request.
Stopping WhatsApp messages
To stop non-essential messages, reply STOP or contact the sending business. Opting out of messages is separate from a request to delete personal data.
